Color swatches can be moved via the keyboard or with the mouse.
Setting the swatch name
- Select the swatch to modify
- In the Edit Color tab, enter the swatch name into the Name field
Not all palette formats support swatch names

- In the Edit Color tab, use the editors to adjust the color
