Colour Palette Editor can read colours from existing CSS files into the current palette.
Importing colours from CSS
- From the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from CSS
- Click Next
- Enter or select the filename of the style sheet to import. A preview grid will be displayed showing the contents of the palette
- Optionally, uncheck the Allow duplicate colours option to automatically exclude any colour from the imported palette already present in the current palette
- Click Next to import the style sheet colours
Tip
CSS import supports colours in hex (short and long), RGB and RGBA formats. HSL and named colours are currently not supported.
Important
Duplicate colours found in the source CSS document are automatically ignored
