Automatically saving backups

To have Colour Palette Editor automatically create a backup of the previous version when saving data files

1. Open the Options dialogue box and select the General category
2. In the Backups group, check the Save Backups option

Specifying the number of backups to keep

To configure the number of backup files Colour Palette Editor will maintain

1. Open the Options dialogue box and select the General category
2. In the Backups group, enter a value into the Number of backups to keep field.
