Specifying download limits

As well as using rules to control copying a website, you can also specify limits such as the maximum number of files to copy, or to ignore files that are too large or too small.

Opening the limits settings

• From the Project Properties dialog, select the Limits category

Available Limits

Maximum Number of Files

This settings limits the total number of files downloaded.

Minimum File Size

This setting allows you to specify the smallest data file that WebCopy will download.

This setting does not apply to HTML and CSS files.

Maximum File Size

This setting allows you to specify the largest data file that WebCopy will download.

This setting does not apply to HTML and CSS files.
