Some websites inline the data for images and other resources directly in the source page via the use of the data: protocol. WebCopy can detect these resources and save as them as separate files.
To extract the contents of data URI's
From the Project Properties dialog, click the General category
Check the Extract Data URI's option
Click OK to save your changes and close the options dialog
