Limiting downloads by file count

As well as using rules to control copying a website, you can also specify limits such as the maximum number of files to copy, or to ignore files that are too large or too small.

Maximum Number of Files

To instruct WebCopy to stop downloading files after reaching a maximum ceiling:

1. From the Project Properties dialogue, select the Limits category
2. Check the Maximum number of files option
3. Enter the maximum number of files that WebCopy will download
